<p>Under the ownership of the two partners – approximately 60% for Mediawan, 40% for ZAG – Jeremy Zag will continue his involvement as a major shareholder and board member, while overseeing the development and creation of existing and new characters within the franchise.</p>
<p>“After all these years dedicated to passionately developing the Miraculous universe alongside Thomas Astruc, Nathanaël Bronn and Sébastien Thibaudeau, this new chapter of our journey with Mediawan will allow us to fulfill our wildest dreams, matching the ambition we have for Miraculous,&#8221; said Jeremy Zag, Founder and President of ZAG.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>A Miraculous cookbook is in the works, thanks to a partnership between ZAG and Insight Editions.</strong></p>
<p>Insight Editions’ hard-cover Miraculous cookbook will launch in June 2025 and feature recipes inspired by the show and Marinette’s family bakery.</p>
<p>Elsewhere, Miraculous will be available for the first time this year on Yoto Player, a screen-free audio platform available in the US, Canada, and the UK, while Ravensburger will launch new Miraculous novels and early reading learning books this summer.</p>
<p>In addition, Ciela Norma – a new publishing partner for the Bulgarian market – is developing a range of activity and colouring books, while Pon Pon Edizioni, Play Press and Albatross Media have all extended their licenses with the brand.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>A partnership between Volkswagen and ZAG will see the characters in ZAG’s upcoming Miraculous movie engage with Volkswagen’s suite of ID. electric cars.</strong></p>
<p>The cars of the ID. family have been redesigned to fit the look and feel of the movie in close collaboration with the movie animators, Volkswagen and the marketing teams of Gilbert Heise and Salim Yueksel.</p>
<p>Cat Noir will be associated with the ID.4, while Ladybug will be paired with the concept car electric Beetle. The ID. Vizzion will be associated to Gabriel Agreste and the Volkswagen ID. Buzz will be Tom’s bakery delivery vehicle.</p>
<p>“We are thrilled that the movie’s beloved characters will experience their adventures with different fully electric cars of our Volkswagen ID. family,” said Volkswagen’s Chief Marketing Officer Nelly Kennedy.</p>
<p>“This collaboration will strongly support our efforts to emotionalise the brand and our ID. family even more. It offers Volkswagen the opportunity to introduce the ID. family in a very likeable way to a broad family audience.”</p>

<p>The apparel features ‘dynamic cutlines and active-inspired elements’ while footwear styles span silhouettes including the Slipstream, Rider FV and Popcat. Ladybug and Cat Noir also receive their very own RS-X models inspired by their superhero personas.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>ZAG’s Miraculous &#8211; Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir is getting its own cereal courtesy of a partnership with Kellogg’s.</strong></p>
<p>The macaron-flavoured cereal has sweet, strawberry flavoured pink and purple cereal pieces – representing the character’s Kwamis, Tikki and Plagg – coupled with white marshmallows.</p>
<p>“Both Kellogg’s cereal and Miraculous have incredibly devoted fan bases,” said Laura Newman, senior director of brand marketing at Kellogg Company.</p>
<p>“We’re calling on all fans of Miraculous to don their super-suits and kickstart the day with this Parisian-inspired new cereal celebrating the many adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir.”</p>
<p>ZAG Founder and CEO, Jeremy Zag, added: “For more than a century, people have started their day with Kellogg’s cereal, creating lasting memories for generations.</p>

<p>Kingston joins ZAG following an 11-year career at Paramount where he served most recently as SVP of International Consumer Products. At ZAG, he will report to Julian Jacob Zag, EVP of Global Operations and Head of Consumer Products.</p>
<p>“Mark is an entrepreneurial, accomplished, and results-oriented executive with broad international experience who can spearhead ZAG’s licensing and merchandising activities around the globe,” said ZAG Founder and CEO Jeremy Zag.</p>
<p>“His expertise at Paramount in developing innovative and sophisticated solutions to deliver some of the world’s top-grossing global brands will be invaluable at ZAG as we continue to grow and I look forward to working together with him.”</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Global independent animation studio ZAG has signed its first pet license for Miraculous – Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, with ZippyPaws is on board for dog toys.</strong></p>
<p>The range includes Miraculous Cheeky Chums Plush of both Ladybug and Cat Noir, a Miraculous Kwami Plush 2-Pack and Miraculous Rope Gliderz for both superheroes.</p>
<p>Elsewhere, the Miraculous Squeakie Pattiez Miracle Box is a soft stuffing-filled toy that features corduroy textured sides and two round squeakers, while the Miraculous Patterned Bone also boasts a squeaker.</p>
<p>“So many families have pets who are, quite simply, part of the family, and as Miraculous has broad appeal to families, our move into pet licensing is a natural extension for the brand,” said Jeremy Zag, Founder and CEO at ZAG.</p>
<p>“ZippyPaws designs their products not only with lifestyle in mind but also produces the highest quality products that are the safest in the market.”</p>
