										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Jazwares has partnered with Netflix for a line of KPop Demon Hunters Squishmallows and BumBumz</strong></p>
<p>Arriving in 2026, the line includes a 12&#8243; Derpy Squishmallows and 8&#8243; Sussie Squishmallows, as well as plush based on the film&#8217;s heroes, villains and sidekicks.</p>
<p>KPop Demon Hunters Squishmallows will be available worldwide, and other Jazwares plush brands will be available in the US, Canada, Latin America, EMEA, Australia and New Zealand.</p>
<p>“KPop Demon Hunters has taken the world by storm and we&#8217;re putting fans at the center of the action,&#8221; said Jeremy Padawer, Chief Brand Officer at Jazwares.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Jazwares has signed to become the exclusive global master toy partner for Miraculous – Tales of Ladybuy &amp; Cat Noir.</strong></p>
<p>Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Jazwares will develop action figures, fashion dolls, role play, plush, vehicles, collectibles, playsets and seasonal items. The first product line is slated to debut in Spring 2027.</p>
<p>“Miraculous, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, has grown into a multigenerational global fandom driven by its empowering themes, dynamic superhero storytelling, and unmistakable Parisian style,” said Roz Nowicki, Global Head of Consumer Products at Miraculous Corp.</p>
<p>“Jazwares has proven their exceptional ability to ignite fan culture with meaningful play, and innovate at lightning speed to build consumer franchises with staying power. Their unmatched momentum and creative energy make them the ideal partner to lead the next chapter for our franchise – its most ambitious chapter yet.”</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Thunderbird Brands has appointed Jazwares as global master toy licensee for Mermicorno: Starfall.</strong></p>
<p>The concept of Mermicorno: Starfall is drawn from tokidoki’s popular Mermicorno characters. The first Mermicorno debuted in 2015 and the Mermicorno character family launched worldwide with collectibles, apparel, accessories and more in 2016.</p>
<p>Jazwares has secured the exclusive global rights to produce figures, dolls, playsets, vehicles, plush, Squishmallows, Halloween costumes, pet costumes and accessories, everyday dress-up, role play, musical instruments, and novelty items based on the animated series.</p>
<p>The initial Mermicorno: Starfall toy line is set to launch with a limited range in spring 2025, followed by a larger rollout in fall 2025.</p>
<p>“We could not have hoped for a better partner than Jazwares for this exciting property,” said Thunderbird’s President of Global Distribution and Consumer Products, Richard Goldsmith.</p>
<p>“Jazwares is an innovator in the toy business and thoroughly understands not only the DNA of Mermicorno: Starfall, but also the huge opportunity it presents to launch this brand into the mass market with fun and cool products for the underserved girls five to nine demo.”</p>
<p>Jeremy Padawer, Chief Brand Officer at Jazwares, added: “Collaborating with Thunderbird and tokidoki on Mermicorno: Starfall is a prime example of Jazwares’ unparalleled ability to bring new entertainment properties to life like nobody else can.</p>
<p>“Our line-up will bring epic new ways for kids to play, collect, and connect with their favourite Mermicorno characters.”</p>
<p>The licensing program for the IP is being co-managed by Thunderbird Brands and tokidoki.</p>
<p>Simone Legno, tokidoki co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, continued: “It’s my honour and joy to work with a company as unique and impressive as Jazwares.</p>
<p>“I have designed collectibles for almost 20 years, but I feel that thanks to Jazwares’ experience in the market, I will be able to bring my toy designs and knowledge to the next level.”</p>
<p>Warner Bros. Discovery has secured exclusive rights to the Mermicorno series in the US, now in production at Thunderbird’s Atomic Cartoons. The show will debut on Max in early 2025.</p>
