<p>The move will see Beanstalk will be integrated into CAA Brand Management.</p>
<p>“CAA Brand Management and Beanstalk share a common belief in the power of creativity, collaboration and integrity to create lasting brand value,” said Perry Wolfman, Chief Executive Officer, CAA Brand Management.</p>

<p>The deal, brokered by Yvonne Ellen&#8217;s exclusive licensing agency Beanstalk, will introduce a range that &#8216;builds on the brand’s creative heritage while delivering newness tailored for a growing international audience.&#8217;</p>
<p>“We are thrilled to welcome Yvonne Ellen to the Pelham family,” said Stephen Spitz, Chairman and CEO of the Pelham and Brentano Group Companies.</p>
<p>“This partnership combines Yvonne Ellen’s distinctive design language with Pelham expertise in luggage and accessories design development and distribution. We are excited to help elevate this much-loved brand to new heights as it enters its next growth phase.”</p>
<p>Yvonne Fisher, Founder &amp; Chief Brand Officer at Yvonne Ellen, added: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be collaborating with Pelham on this new product collection – it’s such an exciting new step for the brand.</p>
<p>&#8220;I’ve loved the challenge of translating my designs onto something completely new and can’t wait to see them out in the world on such beautifully made pieces. <p>The SS26 collection is currently in development, with sales appointments available in September.</p>

<p>“Celebrating two of the strongest cravings in history – pickle-in-a-pouch and potato in a can – we’re bringing our Sour Cream &amp; Onion Pringles flavour into a cold crisp Van Holten’s pickle,&#8221; said David Lee, Senior Director of Global Licensing &amp; Cultural Marketing at Kellanova.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you dare pair the Van Holten’s pickle with our Pringles crisps it’s pickl-tato paradise!</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>SmashSwing Immersive has secured a deal with Atari to develop two new golf games based on Asteroids and Centipede.</strong></p>
<p>These games will be included in SmashSwing&#8217;s golf entertainment library and will be playable at their licensed venues in Canada, New York and Europe from late summer.</p>
<p>&#8220;Asteroids and Centipede will bring a new level of excitement to our giant cinematic screen sizes with multi-player gaming technology,&#8221; said SmashSwing CEO TJ Schier.</p>
<p>“These licensed IP brands are the first of many that will allow us to deliver a steady stream of games and tap into iconic, ardent fan bases to drive players into our venues. These collaborations will elevate the user experience and drive repeat visits to SmashSwing locations.”</p>
<p>The partnership was negotiated by Atari’s licensing agent, Beanstalk.</p>

<p>Joining the licensing slate are Brand Alliance for apparel and accessories, Cleversocks for socks, Themed for wall art and Orchard Crown for balloons.</p>
<p>The newly licensed products will be available in European retail in the coming months, with the Themed Wall Art range available now.</p>
