Foundation: Galactic Frontier sees players recruit and train their crew and fleet, explore locations and conquer challenges.

Foundation: Galactic Frontier will be available on mobile and PC and is set to begin its first Closed Beta Test on mobile later this year.

The screenplay will be written by David Coggeshall, who wrote the upcoming Orphan: First Kill for Paramount as well as Lee Daniels’s untitled Netflix possession thriller.

In addition to Matchbox, the Mattel Films development slate also includes movies for American Girl, Barney, Hot Wheels, Magic 8 Ball, Major Matt Mason, Masters of the Universe, Polly Pocket, Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots, Thomas & Friends, UNO, View-Master, and Wishbone. A Barbie movie is also currently in production.
